OHIO CHAMBER PROVIDES OPPONENT TESTIMONY ON WIND REFERENDUM BILL
On December 3, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce provided opponent testimony to the House Energy and Natural Resources Committee on House Bill 401. This legislation, sponsored by Rep. Bill Reineke, was recently introduced as stand-alone legislation after the House-added wind referendum provision in House Bill 6 was stripped by the Senate back in the spring.

HOUSE COMMITTEE HEARS OHIO CHAMBER'S CONCERNS ABOUT ELIMINATING E-CHECK
The Ohio Chamber of Commerce recently testified in front of the House Energy and Natural Resources Committee as an interested party on a resolution to urge the U.S. Congress and the president to eliminate Ohio’s air compliance tool known as E-Check (House Resolution 247).

BUSINESS LEADERS WARY OF FUTURE UNCERTAINTY BUT EXPECT A STRONG CLOSE TO THE YEAR
The Ohio Chamber of Commerce Research Foundation released the findings of its quarterly business leader’s survey last week. For the second survey in a row, the 3rd Quarter saw a drop in the Prosperity Pulse index.
