SOLVING SURPRISE BILLING WITHOUT RAISING HEALTH INSURANCE COSTS
Many employers are concerned about the burden that surprise medical bills– those costly, unexpected bills patients get after they receive care from an out-of-network provider they reasonably assumed was in their network – create for their employees. Surprise, out-of network charges are causing many Ohioans financial hardship.

STATE REVENUES REMAIN STRONG
Preliminary tax revenue numbers are in for the month of October. Overall, state tax receipts for October totaled just over $2 billion. That beat budget expectations by 1.3%.
