IRS Deferral Limits

Annual Leave Cash Out Deferral

Do you allow employees to cash out unused leave at year end? If so, they can defer their year-end leave cash out, just tell them to ask your payroll manager for the dollar amount of their leave and the date the cash out will be paid, we can do the rest. Read more.

It also talked about how the Ohio DC Board voted to change our fee structure, so it more fairly spreads fees among participants and is more transparent. Mary Hardy

Meet Mary.

Mary has 19 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Sixteen of those years have been with the Ohio Deferred Compensation Program.  She is one of the Account Executives for the Program in the Franklin County area. Mary has earned a FINRA Series 6 and Ohio Life/Health & Variable Annuity licenses and is a Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) designee.  She resides in Westerville with her husband.  They have three adult children and three grandchildren.
