Take Action Video Contest
We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2016 Take Action Video Contest, which allows Ohio high school students to compete for college scholarships and statewide recognition while expressing their creativity.

Please display the attached 2016 Take Action Contest flier in your school and encourage students to submit a 60-second video on cybersecurity, imposter scams, or the importance of checking your credit report. The top three winners will receive $2,500, $1,500, and $1,000 college scholarships, respectively.

This is a great opportunity to engage students in a financial literacy project, class assignment, or extra credit opportunity. We suggest sharing this information with Social Studies, Business Education, Marketing Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Information Technology educators.

The video submission deadline is December 9, 2016. This video will give you information and you will be able to view last year's winners, and submit a video.
