Need a ride to the National Cluster Meeting in Indianapolis? Ontario Schools is looking for schools to join them on a charter bus to the meeting. They will be leaving around 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 19, 2015 and will be returning to Ontario around 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 22, 2015. Ontario is located just west of Mansfield. They have a couple routes they can take, depending on who wants to join. The bus can head south to Columbus and then west to Lima and then south. Please contact Melissa Vannest at
vannest.melissa@ontarioschools.org
or 419-529-5507, if you are interested in joining. There is a great rate for this bus and they'd love to have others take advantage of it. Thank you!!
National Cluster Meeting Volunteers are Needed!
Please encourage your chapter advisers to volunteer to assist with competitive events at the National Cluster Meetings. The events can't take place without adult and youth volunteers. They can volunteer through the NCM registration process.

Young FCCLA Alumni Clubs
We are looking to start Young FCCLA Alumni Clubs throughout the state at the community level and at the college campus level. I am working to gain a few student contacts for the college campus level. However, I could use some help with the community level. During the beginning stages/early development of the Young FCCLA Alumni Clubs at the community level, I think it will be best to mock the 4 regions that Ohio FCCLA has already created. Would it be possible for you to put me in contact with the regional officers to see if they could be of assistance in helping create these community based clubs and/or finding past FCCLA members in these communities that could help? I would appreciate it!
