The Virtual ILC is set to begin next week. Please make sure your students who are competing along with yourself read the details for their competitions and the agenda. The agenda is fluid and may change daily as we get closer to the conference. Details about workshops, sessions, etc. will be updated by National HOSA as they are finalized.
The link below is copy of the email sent last Saturday with key phone numbers if your students do not get their credentials along with details about events with out tests. Be sure the website ilc.hosa.org is read for details on agenda and competitive events.
F.A.S.T. Focus Group
Advisors who have registered to participate in the virtual ILC will have the opportunity to sign up to participate in a focus group - First Aid for Severe Trauma (FAST).
The focus groups will help identify barriers and challenges and potential solutions for FAST implementation in states, school districts, and classrooms. In the focus groups, state and local advisors will be asked questions related to their past experiences of curriculum implementation, potential challenges to implementing FAST curriculum, and suggestions to overcome these challenges. There will also provide a brief overview of the FAST curriculum, such as video clips or brief content materials.
Focus groups will be held on June 24th. Click on the following link if you want to potentially sign up for the focus group.

Virtual Fall Leadership Conference
Ohio HOSA will be conducting a virtual Fall Leadership Conference. The conference will be conducted over a three-day period (October 27-29). Some of the advantages include:
  • Advisors will have a large number of workshops and seminars to share with their students for up to three days of classroom instruction.
  • All HOSA members will be able to participate for a fraction of the cost it would have cost for them to attend an on-site conference.
  • Workshops and seminars will be presented by the state officers and other special guests being finalized.
