When the Ohio Liquor brand was launched in December 2018, we had a goal of incorporating the branding at our stores and with our team and partners as well. Now you can represent the OHLQ brand whether you’re at your store or on the go.
 
Starting June 15, you will be able to purchase exclusive OHLQ branded merchandise available only online through Ops.OHLQ.com under the 'Merch' tab.
 
Options include polos, pullovers, vests, button downs, hats, and even coffee cups and tumblers! Pricing varies by product, so be sure to check out the site to see all of the options.
 
This may be a great option for a uniformed look for your entire team. The OHLQ apparel look is clean and crisp with options for everyone.
 
Orders must be placed by June 30 and will be delivered directly to you. Please note, because this is a custom order, deliveries may take up to six weeks after your order is placed.

Compliance Corner

For this month’s Compliance Corner, we will focus on daily sales submissions.

Daily sales must be submitted by no later than 2:45 a.m. on the day following the close of business for the day being reported. Even if the POS submits sales automatically with no action from the Agent, daily submission of sales is the Agent’s responsibility (for Clover and Integrated POS), including resolving any daily sales submission errors.
 
  • The Liquor Enterprise Service Center should be contacted when sales are not submitted by 2:45 a.m., providing the reason for non-submission.
  • Agencies must ensure price update integration on the first of each month.
 
More information on daily sales submissions may be found on page 8 of the Agency Operations Manual in Sections 3.2.1 and 3.2.2.

4th of July Schedule

The Division of Liquor Control will be closed on Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day. Due to the holiday, Agencies are reminded to expect changes to transfer order and delivery schedules.

Agencies should check their Agency-specific site on Ops.OHLQ.com now for the full delivery schedule. Holiday delivery windows will be available in Ops.OHLQ two days prior to delivery.
 
Replenishment orders will be created sooner and will account for fewer sales days, which may result in a transfer order that is smaller than usual. Agencies should closely monitor replenishment orders to ensure adequate product is ordered to fulfill inventory needs.
 
Agencies should follow the 4th of July ordering schedule below to ensure they place their orders on the correct day.

Ohio Bottle Lottery

Entries will be accepted for the Ohio Bottle Lottery until 11:59 p.m., Friday, June 12.

Ohioans can access the entry page at OHLQ.com for a chance to purchase the OHLQ Single Barrel Selection of Weller Full Proof.
