The State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2024 Ohio Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (OLIHTC) Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) is now available on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA's) OLIHTC website here.
Applicants in the OLIHTC round must use this AHFA as it has been tailored for the new state resource. OHFA will not accept AHFAs from other program rounds, such as the 9% LIHTC or 4% LIHTC with Bond Gap Financing (BGF) round.
As a reminder, the deadline for January OLIHTC Final Applications is Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). OHFA will only accept Final Applications that have secured Pre-Application approvals. As long as SFY 2024 OLIHTC resources remain, OHFA will continue to accept Final Applications through April 9, 2024, in accordance with the Program Calendar listed on page 4 of the SFY2024 OLIHTC Guidelines.
