- The Ohio Talent Development Network (OTDN) supports a statewide approach to workforce development through public Two-Year Colleges, Universities, and Ohio Technical Centers. The network connects institutions with a range of tools and services from nationally and internationally recognized providers, including assessments, certifications, leadership and team development, and training resources. Through these offerings and tailored consulting, members can strengthen talent development efforts for schools, employers, and individuals—while keeping affordability in mind.
