Dear Library Member,
We'd like to take this opportunity to highlight a few open public sessions occurring over the next 10 days to allow patrons to plan ahead.
Staff representatives from the office of
Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-D) will be hosting satellite office hours at the Library on
Monday, April 1st from 1-6pm. Please take this opportunity to speak with the staff regarding constituent concerns and issues related to federal agencies. No appointment is necessary; the Library's conference room behind the Idea Farm has been reserved for the meetings. For more information, please contact the Congressman's office at
732-249-8892 or 732-571-1140.
In addition, the
Friends of the Old Bridge Public Library will host open public meetings on Thursday, April 4th. At 11am, there will be an election of officers, and at 6:30pm, volunteer recruitment and refreshments. Please consider attending one session and learn how you can get involved with these wonderful, dedicated volunteers who help support the Library and our programming. As a special incentive, the Friends are offering a 50 percent membership discount to join the organization in April.
Lastly, due to the Mayor's Inaugural Health and Wellness 5K event, the
Library will have a delayed opening at 1pm on Saturday, March 30th.
Hope to see you in the Library!
