We are pleased to announce the newest members of our Old Colony Habitat for Humanity team! Keep reading to learn more about our two new Board Members and our new part-time Administrative Specialist.


We also want to extend a huge thank you to Jack Wetherbee for his dedicated service as a board member and our treasurer over the past four years.

Welcome to our new members of the Board!

Nancy Adams


Nancy is the Vice President of Business Support Services at Bristol County Savings Bank.

During her 28-year career at Bristol County Savings Bank, she has held numerous positions,

including Vice President of Operations, AVP of Contact Center and Electronic Banking, AVP of

Residential Lending, and Special Project Coordinator. As VP of Business Support Services,

Nancy is responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing practical business strategies

with a commitmentnt to staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys traveling to Nova Scotia, Canada, and completing home

renovation projects with her partner Gerry. She has three grown children that live in the Bristol

County Area.

Nancy is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Quality Control Systems and Improvement

Management. She has also completed the School of Financial Studies, Babson College, and

BSA/AML Officer Certification.

Nancy lives in Easton with her partner Gerry, where they just completed their third home

renovation project.


Jim Peers (Treasurer)

Jim is the Financial Controller at Eleanor Health, a venture backed startup based in Waltham, MA that treats people with substance use disorder (SUD) and owns and operates treatment clinics in seven states. Prior to joining Eleanor Health, Jim held several financial leadership positions in finance and accounting including vice president of finance and CFO at early stage, venture backed companies. Jim has a passion for startups and has worked for companies in the technology, digital health and life sciences industries, including Cloudant, Inc. which was acquired by IBM (NYSE: IBM) in 2014. 


A graduate of Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a Finance concentration, Jim has been a volunteer hiker and fundraiser for the MA/RI Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, having completed 10 Xtreme Hikes to date and personally raising over $25,000 to help find a cure for CF.


Jim lives in Norton, MA with his wife Rhonda. In his spare time, Jim enjoys running, home improvements, and live music and he hopes to complete his second half marathon in 2023.

Welcome to our new part-time Administrative Specialist!

Isabel Nulter

Isabel started as a volunteer with Old Colony Habitat for Humanity in early 2023 as a way to serve her community She is excited to be starting her new role with the organization as an Administrative Specialist and is looking forward to continuing to aid Habitat in its mission to make housing affordable.


Isabel brings strong writing, research, and communication skills developed through various educational and internship experiences. She is a graduate of Framingham State University, where she received a BA in Criminology with minors in Law & Politics, and Psychology. Isabel is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Criminology. She has interned with the Framingham State University and Medfield Police Departments, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Framingham/Natick District Court and is currently an intern with the Cold Case Foundation. Isabel has also written for a number of media outlets.


In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Old Colony Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors would like to thank Jack Wetherbee for his time served on the Board as the Treasurer. Jack has been an asset to the team at Old Colony. He worked closely with the ReStore and the staff to build up the operations.


He helped in every area he could to support the mission. We will miss him and cannot thank him enough for his guidance and support.
