We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for our next Home Build located at 5 Chester Court in Taunton. Applicants are required to live or work in one of the communities we serve: Assonet, Attleboro, Bellingham, Berkley, Dighton, East Freetown, Fall River, Foxboro, Franklin, Mansfield, Medfield, Medway, Millis, Norfolk, North Attleboro, Norton, Plainville, Raynham, Rehoboth, Seekonk, Swansea, Somerset, Taunton, and Wrentham. The 1st step in the process is filling out the Homeownership Questionnaire here: This tool will help you to determine if you meet initial eligibility requirements for the program. If you meet the initial eligibility requirements, you will receive an email with next steps. Please review the eligibility requirements to understand all of the expectations of the potential applicant.
The application deadline is Friday, December 6, 2024, at 5PM. The application and supporting documents must be received by the deadline. For security purposes, applicants are encouraged to submit their application and attachments through the DocuSign platform. (If needed, applications and materials may be sent by mail: Old Colony Habitat for Humanity, P.O. Box 100, Attleboro, MA 02703). Mailed applications and materials must be post marked by Friday, December 6, 2024, or dropped off at the ReStore by 5PM.
