QSL Manager  M0URX, Tim , collects  old out of date IRCs  and is able to turn them in and get some kind of credit in which those funds are then used to fund bureau shipments. If you have IRCs that do not look like the one above please consider sending them to your editor as I will forward them to Tim. For those in the US or Canada who want to send me their old IRCs I will gladly consolidate them and forward them to Tim. Please get them to me by the end of the month. Thank you,
