COMMUNITY UPDATE

Greetings,

The Association has received the following update from Collin County WCID#3 regarding upcoming work in the community. We are sharing this information to ensure all residents are informed and aware of the planned activity.

Dear Inspiration Community Residents,

Due to requests from your fellow neighbors, the Collin County WCID No. 3 will be postponing the Old Soul Way roadway replacement project until after Halloween. This will ensure better traffic flow and increased safety for our “Trick or Treaters”.

Weather permitting, Stage 1 road construction is now expected to start on Monday morning, November 3rd, 2025. Please ensure all vehicles are out of the affected garages and driveways and please ensure the roadway is completely open with no vehicles or trailers parked on the street.

Driveway access to 2502, 2506, 2510, 2514, 2518, 2604, 2608, 2612, 2616, 2620, and 2624 Old Soul Way will be blocked for the duration of Stage 1 of this project.

Driveway aprons will be replaced at 2506 (partial), 2510, 2514, 2518, 2604, 2608, 2612, 2616, and 2620.

Driveway access to 2503, 2507, 2511, and 2515 Old Soul Way will be blocked for the duration of Stage 2 of this project.

Driveway aprons will be replaced at 2507, 2511, and 2515.

Residents in Stage 1: Please remove any vehicles from your driveways and garages before Monday morning, November 3rd at 8:00 AM and please do not park in front of your homes. Saw cutting and panel removal will begin right away.

Residents in Stage 2: You will be given ample notice and a date to remove your vehicles from your driveways and garages prior to Stage 1 being completed.

**UPDATE FROM COMMUNITY WASTE DISPOSAL** Community Waste Disposal has advised the Collin County WCID No. 3 to inform residents of the following: Residents in the affected areas should place your trash and recycle bins across the street (on the opposite side), in front of your neighbors’ homes.

If you have questions about this notice, please email the General Manager for the District, Greg Wilkerson, at GM@ccwcid3.org
