We'll be delving deep into the nuances and subtleties of Old World Pinot Noir, and by Old World I'm talking BURGUNDY.
We'll be focusing on the three key factors of a wines profile; Sight, Nose and Palate.
During the class, we'll be tasting two different wines from each of the following AOC's ( Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) within Burgundies Côte d'Or.
