The addition of premium vinyl and composite fencing brands, Bufftech® and SimTek®, will fit seamlessly into our suite of Barrette Outdoor Living product lines, amplifying options in the retail and commercial categories.
Through this acquisition, we are adding manufacturing sites in Orem, UT and Buffalo, NY to our geographical footprint, enabling us to better serve our customers across North America.
