So grateful to all of you for the overwhelming response to our last email - we got so much more interest in online classes that it took me and extra day to figure out the best way to make our Om@Home Virtual Classes a reality.
Just like when you started practicing yoga and everything felt new - this will be a bit of a learning curve for a lot of you and most of us. I just had a Zoom meeting with my teachers and I simply can't wait to take their classes over the next few weeks/months.
Now for the logistics:
We'll be starting with 3 classes a day which will vary for the first few weeks so we can offer you a wide range of classes with teachers you know and love and teachers from studios you might not usually go to - I have a feeling you will 100% love them all as much as I do. Classes for tomorrow are up and I'll be filling in the rest of the schedule tonight and tomorrow.
All memberships and class packs have been frozen. Members will not receive any additional charges to their card on file while we are closed and will have 2 weeks paid when we open back up. We will be extended class card expiration dates as necessary so please don't worry about any of that now.
Anyone who wants to join our Om@Home classes can purchase a one month virtual membership. Our virtual memberships are being offered at three price points since we know many of you are having financial concerns during this stressful time and many of you have reached out to ask how you can help us out. You can purchase a $49 standard membership

If you are currently unable to pay but want to join us please let me know - everyone needs yoga right now and I'm happy to comp you in <3 All three options get you access to all our virtual classes on zoom for a month from the date of purchase (and hopefully we won't need them after that).
You will need to sign up for classes using mindbody or the mindbody app. All classes are under our Waltham studio mindbody. You can see them
here.
You will need to sign up 30 minutes before class so we can email you a zoom link to your class. Be sure to download the zoom app on your phone or laptop. Also be sure to check your spam inbox if your email is sensitive since sometimes our messages head there.
We will be working on creating a video library - I'll probably figure that out tomorrow so hang in there with us!
We love you and look forward to practicing with you. Be in touch with any questions or concerns. You'll be able to turn audio/video on or off when you join so don't worry about your cats, messy hair, or laundry!! You'll probably see ours :)

10am On Your Mat Chit Chat with Nicole: join me for a conversation about setting up your own home studio and the benefits and challenges of practicing at home rather than in a studio. I'll also be available during this time for questions and suggestions you may have about our virtual classes.
12pm Virtual Vinyasa with Rachel - Rachel is one of our most beloved Waltham/Newton teachers. She offers creative and comforting flows that are a perfect mix of challenge and chill.
7pm Sunset Sanctuary with Megan. You can call this class Magic with Megan as she leads you through a perfect evening slow flow complete with a much-needed end-of-day meditation.
