James Mackiewicz is the owner of Crestcom – Nebraska bringing over 35 years of leadership development training to the area. The Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. program is an innovative journey based on 12 fundamental skills CEOs expect from their leaders, world-renowned subject matter experts, and implementation plans that get results.
He has spent much of his career working with companies to help them realize the true potential of their people. He has been a main stage presenter at many industry conferences, facilitated smaller study groups, and done direct coaching with business owners.
James is a native of Omaha and believer in the power of community. He is a proud member of Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce, and Nebraska Competes. During his free time, he attends Husker football games, enjoys concerts, and has fun exploring new restaurants.
