We have lots of wonderful programming to finish out 2021, starting with a groundbreaking Cantorial Concert featuring four of America’s leading female cantors, in a program of The Hampton Synagogue (Monday 7:30pm).
And on Tuesday, Rabbi Ammiel Hirsch delivers a ‘drash on “the plague of frogs” as described in parasha Vaera (Tuesday 7pm)
And then, test your Torah knowledge alongside some of the nation’s most outstanding bible scholars, as they compete in the 2021 Chidon HaTanach - Bible Contest. (Tuesday 8pm)
On the final edition of this year’s Hampton Synagogue’s Author Discussion Series we once again honor the memory of Matthew Cooper z”l, whose generosity made possible this and other programming spotlighting the best in Jewish authors and literature on JBS. On Wednesday, it’s the story of Unstoppable: Siggi B. Wilzig's Astonishing Journey from Auschwitz Survivor and Penniless Immigrant to Wall Street Legend (Wednesday 7:30pm)
Former jihadist Jesse Morton joins Ellie Cohanim on Global Perspectives (Thursday 7:30) and law professor and author William Jacobson joins Jonathan Tobin on Top Story (Thursday 8pm) in our programs from JNS.
And with our annual In Memoriam, we take time at this year’s end to honor the memory of Jewish figures who passed away in 2021 (Wednesday 6:30pm)
