KXSF LP 102.5 FM San Francisco Community Radio
Hello listener,

KXSF is getting ready to celebrate our 5th anniversary of broadcasting on the San Francisco airwaves at 102.5 FM.

At noon on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 we fired up the KXSF transmitter located on Sutro Tower to share our unique, eclectic, awe-inspiring community radio station with the city of San Francisco.

KXSF has grown exponentially since then, adding dozens of volunteers, a wide array of programming and gaining a multitude of listeners.

KXSF is an all-volunteer run, non-commercial project of San Francisco Community Radio. We depend on your support. A generous gift in any amount helps us continue to bring you unique, eclectic, awe-inspiring community radio programs. KXSF’s radio shows are produced by the people of San Francisco, your neighbors and friends, who have something to say and share with their community. KXSF’S mission is to amplify the diverse voices of our world by providing musically creative and socially aware San Francisco style radio.

KXSF 102.5 FM is now partnering with the Salesian Boys & Girls Club in San Francisco, teaching the kids how to produce radio programming as part of the Club's educational offerings. The show broadcasts live every Wednesday 2–4 p.m. Kids do interviews, perform musical and dramatic numbers and basically have the run of the place!

The Salesian Boys & Girls Club has been serving San Francisco since 1921. KXSF is proud to be part of such a fine tradition. Tune in every Wednesday and find out what's happening at the Club!
Salesian Boys and Girl's Club members Aida, Camila and Evan hard at work creating radio for our deserving listeners.
