Hello Lisa,

Guest column by Jim and Shirley Holm,

MDS Region 4 Co-chairs

Our hearts are broken for the people who have lost their loved ones, their homes, their churches, and their schools to these fires. California MDS stands with you in your loss, and we will continue to seek ways to help in your recovery.

Thank you to the many churches and individuals who have already reached out to offer their help. Your encouragement means so much to those in the fire zones.

We will join Kevin King, Executive Director of MDS, and Michele WhiteEagle, Region 4 Board Chair, on a visit to Los Angeles on January 18-20 to encourage our pastors and churches there.

Please pray with us for God's comfort and encouragement for all affected by this tragedy.

Jim and Shirley Holm
