East Hampton Town Hall & Police Station

Newfield has recently completed the construction of a new Town Hall and Police Station in the Town of East Hampton, CT. This 34,000sf new municipal facility provides a consolidation of services and an expansion of space for the Town of East Hampton's Town Hall, Police Department and Board of Education.

NEW PROJECTS

Jefferson Elementary School

Newfield Construction has been engaged by the City of Norwalk to serve as Construction Manager during the "renovate as new" construction of Jefferson Elementary School. This project consists of 6,056sf of new building additions to the existing 54,569sf facility. Renovations and improvements include improved educational spaces, updated heating and electrical systems, a new roof structure, new gymnasium and lobby space addition. The project also includes major revisions to the bus loops and student drop off.

Bulkeley High School Renovation &

BOE Central Office Relocation

Newfield Construction has teamed with MCM Acoustics in providing construction management services for the Bulkeley High School renovate as new project in Hartford CT. This project also includes a separate fit out and relocation of Hartford Public Schools' Central Office.

Newfield joined Smalley Elementary School project partners, the Consolidated School District of New Britain and Kaestle Boos Associates, in celebrating its win of the 2020 AGC BuildCT Award in the category of CM/GC Large Renovation.
