Join us for the second of a 4-part adult religious education class: Transcendentalism: Then and Now, led by Rev. John Buehrens. Race, Racism & Relationship

Our monthly anti-racism programming resumes with a presentation on Implicit Bias led by Revs. Shari and AJ. Implicit thoughts are those we may be unaware of or mistaken about their nature. We have a bias when, rather than being neutral, we have a preference for (or aversion to) a person or group of people. Join us online as we delve into this important work.

Religious Education News
Children's Worship Online this Sunday at 9:30 AM; RE groups meet online (See your RE newsletter for details). Junior Youth Jubilee lessons will include Acceptance and Encouragement to Grow (6/7th), and Impact Over Time (8th). Thank you to our team leaders that make this programming possible! This Sunday online at 4:00 PM, we’ll also host Parenting as a Spiritual Practice.
 
Mark your calendars! The Youth Group Service is Sunday, March 6 on Moving Through Mud! This week, youth have their big brainstorming! 
 
Coming of Age group will be baking some food at their online sessions! This week Bring Your Mystery (creation), and Credo Questions. Workshop Adventure kids will learn about the ways different UU’s have placed their stamp on history. Chalice Children (PreK) will be preparing cards at home for pastoral needs in the church. All ages/families are invited to "Make Holy Space" and decorate the gardens with biodegradable bird feeders on Saturday and Sunday - supplies available in the East Lawn brick alcove.

Our Environmental Justice Ministry invites all to the screening of the film
"Breaking Boundaries." The 4 main areas of action recommended in the film are carbon emissions, zero waste, plant-based eating and reforestation. After viewing, there will be breakout rooms on each topic. Learn more here.
