Concern is a private, nonprofit organization that provides child welfare services in Fleetwood, PA. They believe that children should be placed into a family setting rather than one that is residential or institutional. Their innovative programs have been focused on meeting each child's individual needs since 1978, and they have served nearly 18,000 children and youth. Nearly 2,000 children have been placed into adoptive families through their services and we can't wait to see what they do in the future!
