In 2017 and 2018, FI did a series of "Roadshows" around Texas. These were half day workshops geared towards small farm and food businesses wanting to learn more about financial basics and financing options.
We're pleased to announce that we'll be back on the road with
Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance
(FARFA) to do a series of workshops around Texas in 2019 and 2020 on the topic of the cottage food market. Subjects will cover compliance, best business practices, and finding the right financing for growth. These workshops are funded through a grant with
USDA Risk Management Agency.
Schedule and locations to be announced soon. We'll be sure to post on the
FI Events Page
when these are locked in!
