Panama has set multiple world records in the area of bird watching and fishing, as it shelters more birds than United States and Canada combined.

Panama houses over 10,000 different plants species, including 1,200 varieties of orchids, 678 ferns and more than 1,500 varieties of trees.
OnQ Expansion
OnQ has completed the first phase of a significant expansion of its Contact Center and Labor Outsourcing operation.  The expansion will support OnQ's rapid growth and increase production capacity by more than 100%.  As part of the expansion, OnQ has
secured additional facilities that will allow for further expansion in order to meet increasing market demand.  The new, expanded facility will house 130 highly skilled customer service associates recruited primarily from internal referrals and the nearby University of Panama campus.  To read a full press release about this expansion, click here

Congratulations to the Q3 Award Recipients!

OnQ's "Innovation Award" has inspired our associates to develop creative solutions that enhance the way OnQ conducts business and yields benefits to our clients.  A team of peers meets monthly to review submissions and has selected the award recipients recognized below.  


Alexander was recognized for a second time for creating a Macro that significantly reduced time spent on manual tasks.  A lexander's solution saves OnQ and our client's time by eliminating a manual process.     

Kevin developed an attendance tracking system that is being implemented across the company.  This system allows Supervisors, Managers and Human Resources to track attendance with charts, graphs and historical data to identify employee trends. Kevin developed this system to make tracking easier and readily accessible.  


Corporate Soccer Tournament

OnQ's soccer team played a very successful season and has moved ahead into the finals.  Stay tuned to hear how the season ends!

Community Service Day
In August, our Employee Events Committee initiated a  Community Service Event. OnQ's employees c ollected toiletries and cleaning supplies for  Asilo de San Juan, which  houses 53 residents.   Staff members delivered the collected items and spent time with the residents on a Saturday afternoon.

"Be Healthy" Month
Throughout the month of September, OnQ's focus was "Be Healthy".  OnQ's staff met for fitness activities after hours and received weekly fitness tips and tricks.  Additionally, healthy recipes were created by one of our chef-trained employees, Adrian.
