Shipping Information
All prices on our website and invoices are in Canadian Dollars. We ship all packages with delivery addresses in Canada via UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, and occasionally Canpar. Courier selection is at our discretion. The following minimum amount for free shipping applies after any discounts have been applied and before tax.
PEI, NS, NB - Free Until April 10th (Regularly $15 flat rate)
Rest of Canada - Free Until April 10th (Regularly $20 flat rate)
Conditions for Free Shipping Promotion
A maximum of one order per person for shipment within Canada (U.S. orders are paused) will be accepted during this promotion. Multiple orders from the same household will not be accepted, even if they are being shipped to different addresses. The free shipping promotion does not cover fees associated with our optional shipping services, such as signature required on delivery or COD (Cash on Delivery). This special free shipping offer is designed to ensure everyone has the opportunity to economically order our products. While we encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this promotion and place an order, even for small amounts, we reserve the right to cancel, limit, or modify the promotion at any time, at our sole discretion, either in whole or for individual cases, to prevent misuse. To ensure equitable access for all customers and maintain operational efficiency, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel and issue refunds for purchases if their value is less than the cost of shipping. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if potential external costs make fulfillment impractical. These measures are in place to preserve the integrity of our promotion. This offer expires April 10th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PST and will not be extended. Available for new online, telephone, or in-store purchases.
Shipping Times
We aim to dispatch most packages within 2-5 business days, with orders placed near statutory holidays or in March requiring an additional 1-3 business days. Please allow this time to pass before inquiring about the status of your shipment. Note that weekends and statutory holidays are not considered business days. Shipping time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to maintain a stocked inventory or produce items as needed, there may be occasions when out-of-stock items delay your order. In such cases, we will promptly notify you. Upon shipping, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent. For deliveries required by specific dates or within certain time frames, specify these dates in the Order Comments section during online checkout, or inform us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order. We diligently review Order Comments to prioritize shipments and ensure timely arrivals based on courier estimates. Should we foresee any delivery challenges, we will explore expedited shipping options with you.
