Last Call for One Credit Forms
A final reminder for OLLI members who are age 65+ and have lived in Oregon for at least 12 months: The deadline to submit a one credit "auditing" form is by 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Friday, September 30. If you have already filled out a form, thank you! 

The online form only takes a minute or two to fill out. The more members who participate, the more funding SOU gets from the State of Oregon, so on behalf of the SOU staff, faculty, and students who will benefit, thank you in advance for supporting the next generation of lifelong learners.

NEW! Advanced Beginner Pickleball SIG

If you are an OLLI member who is an advanced beginner Pickleball player and you want to have fun, challenging games, drills, third shot drops and a Round Robin, join this SIG. Players who have taken a Beginner Pickleball class or been pickling awhile are welcome! We'll meet from 5:30-7:00pm each day from October 24 through 28 and then once every week or two after that. Bring your paddle! The SIG will close to new members after the first 20 people join due to available court space, so join now!

Oregon State Senate District 3 Candidate Forum
SOU President Rick Bailey will kick-off the Oregon State Senate District 3 Candidate Forum on Wednesday, October 12 at 7:00pm (Pacific Time) in the SOU Music Recital Hall on the Southern Oregon University Campus in Ashland, Oregon. Geoff Riley of Jefferson Public Radio will moderate the forum. Candidates Senator Jeff Golden, and Medford Mayor Randy Sparacino will discuss issues pertaining to the state of Oregon and the upcoming election. Sponsored by the Office of the President at Southern Oregon University.
