WILPF US Want Your Input on Hiring an Executive Director!

Our survey asks for your input on qualifications – and the survey deadline has been extended!

Please complete the short survey ASAP Deadline extended to June 21st!

We are thrilled to share that we recently received a generous multi-year donation from a long-time donor through the Lloyd Family Legacy Campaign. The donor requests that we use her gift to bring on a full-time executive director to lead the day-to-day operations, leadership, management, and fundraising, and to help coordinate programs for WILPF US. In addition, the ideal candidate will contribute to WILFPs long-term sustainability, and help develop powerful outreach to grow WILPF’s visibility and increase our numbers across the US.

That’s a big job!

What skills should we look for? What tasks should we prioritize in our job posting?

Please complete the short survey ASAP… Deadline extended to June 21st!

As valued WILPF members, your input and feedback is critical, so we invite and encourage you to complete this brief survey which will help inform the job description, the selection of candidates we interview, and ultimately who we hire.

The survey should take about 20-30 minutes to complete and is now open until Friday, June 21, 2024, at 11:59 pm EDT. At that time, the Search Committee will assess the data and begin to compose the job description. So don’t put it off… Please complete the survey NOW!

Lloyd Family Legacy Campaign Plans

While the hiring timeline is a bit fluid at this juncture, we are currently working with the following key dates:

  • Early September 2024: Job posted
  • October-November 2024: Review applicants, conduct interviews, and make an offer
  • No later than January 2025: Executive director hired and onboarded

We have assembled a great Search Committee to lead the recruitment and hiring process, comprised of WILPF leadership and members from the Lloyd Family Legacy Planning Team.

We will be sure to share key updates on the hiring process throughout the search. Should you have any questions and/or concerns, please contact Kyle Grassi via email at KyleEGrassi@gmail.com.
