One Page Service Flat Rate Pricer
Below is the link to the Flat Rate Pricer. You no longer have to put off going up on your service rates because you have to order several new books as they are expensive! Now, you can increase your prices in 15 minutes.
Notes for using the Flat Rate Pricer:

  1. With all prices, you must add your diagnostic charge.
  2. Prices are based on $200/hour.
  3. Standard price is for no maintenance agreement
  4. Member price is for maintenance agreement customer
  5. Savings is 30% between the two to drive the customer to maintenance agreement
  6. Each section "A" through "G" contains all the repairs for that price.
  7. For warranty repair on any section, drop down one section. Example: Warranty repair for 'dual start assist' in "C" drop down to "B" - $241.00
  8. In each section, "A" through "G" to the right of repair-replace-install is the time allowed for that repair. Example: 1.0 = 1 hour; 0.75 = 3/4 hour, etc.

Any out of warranty repairs for coils, compressors, heat exchangers, variable speed motors or anything that may have an unusually high price, you must get a price from the supplier before you quote the customer.

Parts pick up $80.00 charge anytime you leave the job and come back.
