This message is for all Rentokil Terminix colleagues in North America.

Dear colleagues and teammates,

Following an exciting merger close and celebrations around the world, I wanted to begin sharing details of the new leadership team for our combined North American business – which, internally, we will call Rentokil Terminix. But first, I would like to take this opportunity to say how proud and honored this group is to be leading our new joint company. 

The new combined leadership structure is designed to deliver the focus and energy we need for a successful start as we bring together our two great organizations. This new structure for North America will take effect now, but operationally there will be few changes for most of us in the immediate future.

Today, I am delighted to announce the talented and experienced leaders who will bring the organizations together and drive the business forward.

Leading the North America business are Steven Tsambalieros (Leader, Canada), Rob Rajkowski (interim Chief Marketing Officer), Gareth Thomas (VP, Procurement), Doug Sutton (Leader, Steritech/Brand Standards), David Helt (Leader, Target Specialty Products), Mychal Manolatos (Leader, VDCI and SOLitude), and Lorri MacHarg (Leader, Ambius, Hygiene & Wellbeing beginning January 1, 2023). With this news, we are also splitting Ambius into a separate business line from pest—and Lorri’s experience across the Rentokil business portfolio makes her an exceptional candidate.

As you know, John Myers was named President and CEO of the U.S. Pest Control division and he will name his leadership team in the coming weeks.

Functional leadership for North America will report directly to their global leaders. These are Jason Coyle (Chief Financial Officer, North America), Anthony Brown (Chief Human Resources Officer, North America), Mike Hutchins (Chief Information Officer, North America), Mac McAllister (General Counsel, North America), and Alex Nigh (VP, M&A, North America).

As well, I’m pleased to announce two global roles that have resulted from the opportunity created during the merger process. Jason Lannie will assume the global role of Group Director, Safety, Health and Environment, reporting to Brian Webb, Group Operations Director, Rentokil Initial; and Thomas Davis will assume the global role of CISO and Group Director of Information Security, reporting to Mark Purcell, Group CIO, Rentokil Initial.

Our new structure for North America, the global support functions in place, and the appointments outlined above will take effect now and we will continue to make additional announcements in the weeks following, such as a Chief Transformation Officer for North America. In the meantime, these leaders will work closely with their department heads to develop and announce the structures within each function and among their business partners.

Please join me in congratulating this team and wishing them each well in their new roles. I have every confidence that this leadership team will help us continue building a world-class business for our people and our customers.

Après une clôture de fusion passionnante et des célébrations dans le monde entier, je voulais commencer à partager les détails de la nouvelle équipe de direction de notre entreprise nord-américaine combinée - que, en interne, nous appellerons Rentokil Terminix. Mais d'abord, je voudrais profiter de cette occasion pour dire à quel point ce groupe est fier et honoré de diriger notre nouvelle entreprise commune.

La nouvelle structure de direction combinée est conçue pour fournir la concentration et l'énergie dont nous avons besoin pour un démarrage réussi alors que nous réunissons nos deux grandes organisations. Cette nouvelle structure pour l'Amérique du Nord prend effet dès maintenant, mais sur le plan opérationnel, il y aura peu de changements pour la plupart d'entre nous dans un avenir immédiat. 

Aujourd'hui, j'ai le plaisir d'annoncer les dirigeants talentueux et expérimentés qui réuniront les organisations et feront avancer l'entreprise. 

À la tête de l'organisation nord-américaine se trouvent Steven Tsambalieros (chef du Canada), Rob Rajkowski (chef du marketing par intérim), Gareth Thomas (vice-président, approvisionnement), Doug Sutton (chef de Steritech/Normes de la marque), David Helt (chef de Target Specialty Products), Mychal Manolatos (chef de VDCI et SOLitude), et Lorri MacHarg (chef d’Ambius, Hygiène et bien-être à partir du 1er janvier 2023). Avec cette nouvelle, nous séparons également Ambius en un secteur d'activité distinct de celui de la lutte antiparasitaire et l'expérience de Lorri dans l'ensemble du portefeuille d'activités de Rentokil fait d'elle une candidate exceptionnelle.

John Myers a été nommé président et chef de la direction de la division Lutte antiparasitaire aux États-Unis et il nommera son équipe de direction dans les semaines à venir.

Les dirigeants fonctionnels pour l'Amérique du Nord relèveront directement de leurs dirigeants mondiaux. Il s'agit de Jason Coyle (directeur financier, Amérique du Nord), Anthony Brown (directeur des ressources humaines, Amérique du Nord), Mike Hutchins (directeur de l'information, Amérique du Nord), Mac McAllister (directeur juridique, Amérique du Nord) et Alex Nigh (vice-président, fusions et acquisitions, Amérique du Nord).

De plus, j'ai le plaisir d'annoncer deux rôles mondiaux qui résultent de l'opportunité créée lors du processus de fusion. Jason Lannie assumera le rôle mondial de directeur de groupe, sécurité, santé et environnement, sous la responsabilité de Brian Webb, directeur des achats et de l'approvisionnement, Rentokil Initial ; et Thomas Davis assumera le rôle mondial de RSSI et directeur de groupe de la sécurité de l'information, sous la responsabilité de Mark Purcell, directeur informatique de groupe, Rentokil Initial.

Notre nouvelle structure pour l'Amérique du Nord, les fonctions de soutien mondial en place et les nominations décrites ci-dessus prennent effet dès maintenant. Nous continuerons aussi à faire d'autres annonces dans les semaines qui suivent, telles qu'un chef de la transformation pour l'Amérique du Nord. Entre-temps, ces dirigeants travailleront en étroite collaboration avec leurs chefs de service pour développer et annoncer les structures au sein de chaque fonction et parmi leurs partenaires commerciaux.
