Annual Owner Certification Webinar
Owners are required to submit 2019 annual certifications and tenant data via OHFA's online reporting system, DevCo . Prepare your team for submissions with our upcoming webinar.

The webinar will cover the owner reporting process, tenant events, dealing with errors, XML upload, finalizing the year, and completing the owner certification form.

Annual owner certifications are due on March 1, 2020 . OHFA recommends starting the reporting process as early as possible to ensure timely and accurate certifications.
