Today as we celebrate Independence Day, we also mark an important milestone for America's 250th: one year to go! In honor of this occasion, we are pleased to release our a promotional video produced in partnership with TVW to help raise awareness about and encourage participation in America's 250th in Washington State.

Partners are encouraged to use and share the video in the buildup to 2026. Some suggestions are:

• Embed the video on your website
• Share the link through your social media channels
• Show the video at community meetings or events

Three additional videos are planned for release in early 2026, with each video focusing on one of our America's 250th themes: We the People, the Power of Place, and Sharing History.

These videos are made possible through the generous in-kind production support of TVW, a nonprofit organization that provides unfiltered, unbiased, gavel-to-gavel coverage of Washington state government, along with complementary programming to promote a healthy and robust public discourse, increase civic access and engagement, and foster an informed citizenry.
