Celebrating One Year of the Transition Aged Youth (TAY) Program!

Dear Kristin,

I am thrilled to share with you that we are celebrating the 1-year anniversary of our Transition Aged Youth (TAY) Program! What began as a pilot program in June of 2023 to support former CASA youth/young adults ages 18 to 23, has successfully transitioned into a vital support system for young adults who have transitioned from living in foster care.

Over the past year, we've had the privilege of supporting young adults and their mentors as they navigate the path to independence and success after aging out of foster care.

I am incredibly proud of what our young adults have accomplished in just one year, and I look forward to witnessing their continued growth and achievements.

Visit www.casabc.org/tay to learn more about the TAY Program and how you can get involved.

Special thanks to the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation and Brown County United Way for their generous support of this critical program!

Sincerely,

Taylor Connell, Associate Director - Youth and Mentoring
