Elijah never met his birth parents. After being adopted from Kazakhstan, he experienced a childhood full of abuse and neglect, and was eventually abandoned. Thankfully, his story didn’t end there. Learn how this young man’s incredibly journey to Cornerstones of Care led to healing from his trauma, a new family and a life dedicated to giving back.

We're collecting holiday gifts for our annual Gift Gallery ! All items donated to the Gift Gallery are free to our families, helping ensure every family member has a gift to open this holiday season.

Unwrapped donations can be brought to our Gillis Campus  between 8 a.m. 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and must be received by Friday, December 7.
Meet Lauren Collins

Lauren Collins is the program manager of our Pathways program in Wichita, Kan. She oversees the 22-unit transitional living apartment building where more than 2,000 youth and young adults have accessed affordable housing and life-skills training. Pies For a Purpose is Back
