Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced that an additional state meets the metrics to qualify for the travel advisory requiring individuals who have traveled to New York from those states, all of which have significant community spread, to quarantine for 14 days.

The newly-added state is:
·    Rhode Island

The following states have been removed:
·    Delaware
·    Washington DC

This brings the total to 35 states. A full list can be found here.
What to do When a Customer Claims Exemption from the Mask Requirement?

While you cannot legally ask what their medical condition is, you CAN deny them entry to your breweries if they refuse to wear a mask or face covering. And no, there are no cards being issued allowing mask exemptions, these are fake.

NYSBA president Chris Ericson recently reached out to the Essex County Department of Health with this issue and they said the following:

There is nothing specific to mask wearing in the Americans with Disabilities Act. If a person states they are medically exempt from wearing a mask, you cannot ask for medical documentation, or specific questions about their condition. You can offer to accommodate them in other ways - curbside pickup/take-out/to-go orders - but you do not have to allow them to enter your store or establishment if they cannot or will not comply with the mask mandate.

Executive Order 202.34 spells this out.
