The City of Rosenberg's online and pay-by-phone water utility bill payment system will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from Monday, Dec. 27 at 7 p.m. through Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 1 p.m.
The Customer Service Department will still be available to accept payments in person during normal business hours if you have your payment stub, but they will not be able to look up account information or balances due. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
