The popular Kundalini Yoga Evening Sadhana class is now online, allowing you to settle in comfortably at home to dispel the week's stress and anxiety. The purpose of evening sadhana (practice) is to prepare the mind, body, and spirit for ultimate sleep or rest, and union with the Divine. The theme this Friday is Heart (compassion). Please join us.
