The upcoming MSI budget, which begins September 1, 2019, will be considered at the Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates (HoD) on April 27. The Finance Committee has recommended a simplified alternate funding plan that would eliminate the sharing of splash and flat fee revenue between the clubs and MSI. Instead, the meet entry fee would be changed from $3 to $12.25 per swimmer.

Two online opportunities dedicated to information, questions, and input in advance of the HoD are scheduled. One on Wednesday, April 10 from 12:00 noon-1:00 p.m., and the other Tuesday, April 16 from 12:00 noon-1:00 p.m.
These are open informational meetings NOT limited to those planning to attend the House of Delegates. That might include (but not limited to) any member of MSI and those associated with swim club boards.

Participating by computer or with a device that enables you to view Power Point slides is recommended. You can click-in about 10 minutes before to make sure your computer can download and use the Zoom online meeting software. Otherwise, the call numbers will work for those who wish to dial in.
