New Class! Movement for Happiness

Join Minnie Homchowdhury for a mid-week dose joyful movement! Our new class, Movement for Happiness begins with a gentle guided warm up and moves into taught/led movements that draw from diverse styles of cultural dance. Learn about & explore Indian Classical Dance, Folk dances, Modern dance, Latin-inspired dance and more.


No dance background is necessary.


Enjoy new ways of connecting to rhythm and expression as you learn about basic hand gestures (mudras), eye movements, foot stances and more. In the process of exploring joyful movment you will be enhancing your coordination, balance, brain function and feeling great from the endorphins! This class is wonderful for adults, teens & older kids.
