Welcome to our Online Worship. Today is the Fourth Sunday of the Season of Advent. The theme for today's worship is "Finding Love in Life's Differences." The birth of Christ brings together a wide variety of people across many different divides. There are Jews and Gentiles, young and old, shepherds and wise men, rich and poor. Jesus came to bring salvation and reconciliation to all people no matter their station in life. He loves everyone and calls on his followers to bridge the divides that separate us from one another. May God be blessed as we worship him today.

Opening Prayer
O God, we confess that we often allow the ways of this world to separate us from you and divide us from one another. You sent your Son to be the Prince of Peace and to restore us to right relationship with you and with one another. As we worship you today, may your Holy Spirit refresh our hearts and minds that we might experience the "good news for all people" in a new and fresh way. Amen.

Be people of love. Let love live in your heart and share the love of Christ with all you meet. Share love by loving those you see regularly. Start by loving your community. Share love by loving those you do not know. How do your actions affect the rest of God’s creation? Share love by praying for our world. In this Advent season, we need to see, feel, and share love. As you go out into the wonder of God’s creations, share love, joy, peace, and hope with those you meet. Amen.
