Online Giving

Welcome to our Online Worship.   The theme of our worship today is "Come and Worship."  The scripture is Psalm 122.  It begins with the familiar line, "I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord."    This is a psalm about worship, so although we can't actually gather together at the church, it still has an important message for us.  May God be blessed as we "come and worship" him today.

Call to Worship

Come Now Is The Time - Vineyard Worship from Come Now Is The Time [Official Lyric Video]

Opening Prayer

O God, you are worthy of our worship.  So we come today to bow down before you with glad hearts to praise you and express our love, adoration, and devotion to you.   Receive our worship, O God, for we offer it in the name of your Son who made it possible for us to approach with boldness your throne of grace.  In Jesus' name we pray.  Amen.

Giving of Tithes and Offerings

Prayer for Peace

Almighty and Loving God, we pray for peace today, peace in our hearts, peace in the lives of our family and our friends, and peace in the world.  We pray that all would experience your peace, the peace that is beyond all our comprehension.  We pray that all would receive the wholeness and fullness and completeness and health and prosperity and wellbeing that comes only from you.  Draw us near to you, that we might enjoy the peace and prosperity that comes from a relationship with  you through Jesus Christ.  O God, we pray for ourselves and we pray for our neighbors your greatest blessings of peace and prosperity.  We pray that in this world that is so in need of peace, that you would bring peace into the hearts of  all men and women and children whose lives are broken and fractured and filled with violence and bloodshed.  We pray that you would bring peace in our nation, that you would bring healing of all divisions of race and class and extreme partisanship.  We pray for unity.  We pray that you would bring peace between and among all nations. May all conflicts and wars cease and harmony become a reality in our world.  May the Prince of Peace rule in our hearts and in our lives in both word and deed.  Amen.

Our Core Practices

Christ has no body on earth but yours, no hands but yours, no feet but yours.  Yours are the eyes through which Christ's compassion for the world is to look out; yours are the feet with which He is to go about doing good; and yours are the hands with which He is to bless us now.
