The Metta Meditation
“Metta” means positive energy and kindness toward others. The goal of metta meditation is to cultivate kindness for all beings, including yourself, family, friends and even those that challenge your kindness. As you speak the words, you can begin with, May I and then May You and a third time to May We. There are several versions to this, find the one that works for you.
