Welcome back! We’re thrilled to kick off another year with SCI BC’s online community. Every small action adds up, and right now is the perfect time to choose connection, learning and fun!

This January, get dancing, dive into respiratory health tips, start a writing practice or join a virtual peer meetup to connect with others.
