Please note, punch cards will NOT be sent home prior to the fair. All pre-purchased punch cards will be available to pick up at the Ticket Table at the Fair.

SPRING FAIR VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!

Our Spring Fair is almost here and only 21% of the volunteer slots have been filled! The Spring Fair won't run itself- can you lend a hand for an hour to make it special for our kids?

Out of the 270 volunteer slots, only 57 of them are filled! We have a critical shortage of parent volunteers for all time slots the day of the Spring Fair. Keep in mind that spouses, grandparents, or older siblings may also volunteer.

This is the current breakdown of volunteers during the fair hours:

9:45-11: 31/50 slots OPEN

10:45-12: 41/50 slots OPEN

11:45-1: 43/50 slots OPEN

12:45-2: 42/50 slots OPEN

1:45-3: 41/50 slots OPEN

2:45-4 (cleanup): 15/20 slots OPEN

As you can see, WE NEED YOUR helping hands to make the Spring Fair a success!

For parents/spouses/grandparents, sign up here.

Since the Spring Fair is a family event with parents in attendance, volunteer clearances ARE NOT required on SATURDAY.

If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Villamayor or Kelly Kaufman.

RAFFLE BASKETS AND FUN JARS

The Spring Fair is blossoming on March 22, and this year the Raffle Baskets are bigger and better than ever. Homeroom coordinators have received emails with reminders and due dates. All Classroom Basket donations are due by March 3rd. Class and family donated Fun Jars are due by March 17th.

We would love to have participation from all families so we can continue our tradition of raffling amazing Baskets and Fun Jars at the Spring Fair, which in turn raises money which benefits all of our children at Butler.

Click here to see more information about fun jars. Click here to see which raffle basket theme your child's class has.

If you have any questions, please contact Gelena T.

CONTRIBUTE TO HELP SUPPORT PTO PROGRAMS & EVENTS

DONATE

PTO events and activities would not be available without our volunteers and the financial contribution by the Butler families. In support of our efforts, we are asking for a $15 contribution per household (Butler Family) as the means to offset the expenses for organizing and holding the events.

For those who wish, you can sponsor another Butler family’s $15 contribution. Payment is preferred through MyPaymentsPlus or submit a check with this form.

*Please check with your company to see if they offer a “Donor Match” program.

MY PAYMENTS PLUS VS. MY SCHOOL BUCKS
My Payments Plus
My Payments Plus is a free, secured, online account which allows you to pay for student fees, field trips, PTO events, summer classes, etc. This is used district-wide, so we encourage all families to register for an account. To sign up, simply visit: MyPaymentsPlus.com and click on “Register a Free Account.” You will need your child's student identification number to set up the account, which can be found in the parent portal.
My School Bucks
My School Bucks is a free, secured online account which allows you to pay for school meals. It allows you to have a digital option for lunches (no cards – the cafeteria staff look up the child’s name at the register) as well as see what items your child is purchasing in the cafeteria. To access My School Bucks, please visit MySchoolBucks.com. You will need your child's student identification number to set up the account, which can be found in the parent portal.
