2024 Annual Meeting presented by Fifth Third Bank

"Leading to the One: Creating Clarity through People Focused Leadership"

April 30, 2024 | 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. | Glass City Center Ballroom

It is a known fact that organizations are struggling with disengagement, which means that people are not working at their full potential. Leadership is the key to accessing that unused human capacity. But what if the way you have led in the past doesn’t work as well today as it used to? Can you learn how to be a different kind of leader? And if so, where can you get the resources to do that?

Join us at the 2024 Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Meeting presented by Fifth Third Bank to hear from Bob Borcherdt, Founder/CEO of In2Great, on “Leading to the One: Creating Clarity through People Focused Leadership.” Whether you lead as a small business owner, a CEO, a manager, supervisor, run a non-profit, or lead in your family or community, Bob will give you a strategy and four key initiatives to help and support your development and the development of the people around you. And the best part is you can begin doing them the moment you write them down and leave the event!
