Welcome to our November Newsletter
This edition has our latest updates, including customer insights and an update on our team, as well as the latest information on Meridian, upgrades, white papers and more.
Onset Updates
During September and October we've been busy with the tertiary education sector and the TEMC conference in Adelaide. It was great to catch up with some long-term customers, as well as meeting new delegates and learning more about the challenges facing educators and facilities. A couple of photos from the event are shared below.

On the Meridian front, Nufarm has now upgraded to Meridian 2019 and we have upgrades kicking off with Queensland Rail and Multinet Gas.
Evoenergy (formerly ActewAGL) in the ACT is evaluating the Meridian mobile app. A proof of concept, currently in progress, is showing fast search times in a push towards field mobility solutions.

SA Water has now enabled Concept and Temporary drawings within Project folders, and the Sydney Water eDeveloper platform is now fully integrated with Meridian EDMS as its document repository.

We're also excited to announce that our OCP (Onset Contractor Portal) is now available on cloud. Now branded as Lunr , the portal is hosted on Azure and represents the next generation of this product's evolution.
Meridian Certified Specialists
We'd like to congratulate our team members Marco and Aaron on achieving the status of Meridian Certified Implementation Specialists.

The annual certification exam from Accruent tests the Implementation Specialists on their Meridian knowledge and ability to implement Meridian within a customer environment. The core focus of the exam is tied to Meridian Project, Business and Enterprise.

Damien, Steve and Sean have the latest Meridian 2019 product accreditation, but only a handful of consultants, worldwide, achieve the additional status of Meridian Implementation Specialist each year. This skill level is leveraged by to our implementation and support team, as well providing value and a level of reassurance for our customers.

What's New in Meridian 2019 R2
As we mentioned in our last newsletter, the Meridian 2019 R2 release is now available, including support for the Autodesk 2020 product family.

The Supported Software and System Requirements documentation from Accruent is a good starting point, so let us know if you need these critical documents.

And get in touch if you're not yet using the Meridian Mobile App.
Holiday Dates
Our offices will be closed with all staff on leave between Friday 20 December (last day) and Monday 06 January (first day back). During this period we will respond to high priority issues (outages) via our 1300 phone number and our support email address.
Do you have disparate systems within your organisation, storing data in multiple formats and at different locations? Viewport provides a single point of access that connects and adds value to this information, improving efficiency, safety and compliance of a plant or facility.

Access all information from one logical view in your browser, to aggregate data from multiple data sources. Relationships between AutoCAD and MicroStation drawing data in Meridian are connected to tag/document references in systems including SharePoint, SAP & Maximo.

In a matter of weeks, Viewport makes operations-critical information available, whatever the source system or format.
