Exciting news for mountain bike fans. After the sudden closure of this legendary mountain bike trail in 2017, Porcupine Ridge celebrated its great comeback this spring and is now open again for those who are looking for some serious mountain biking.
Ride down a variety of downhill sections through lush forests and the Canadian Shield on 12km of challenging trails.
Located in Bracebridge the trails can be accessed through the parking lot across the road from Santa's Village. Porcupine Ridge is free of admission, yet donations can be made at the trailhead, with the money going towards maintenance and insurance.
If you are keen enough for some technical mountain biking, Porcupine Ridge should be the go-to-place on your bucket list this year. For more information and trail map
