Faerie Tale an enchanting production

Audiences were delighted with SBC's premiere of Faerie Tale: A Royal Wedding on April 1 & 2, 2017, at Sangamon Auditorium.

Families enjoyed a pre-show Faerie Princess party, a beautiful performance and a photo opportunity with Cinderella, Snow White and Titania.

Thank you to Donna Lounsberry and Patrick Russell for capturing some beautiful moments from our performances.

Open auditions for SBC's 2017-2018 season Company Dancers and Trainees

The Springfield Ballet Company will be holding open auditions to select Company members and Trainees for its upcoming 2017-2018 season.

The auditon will consist of a 90-minute classical ballet class.

Dancers should arrive 30 minutes early to register. Ladies should have their hair secured in a tight bun and must wear a black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes and/or pointe shoes. No skirts will be allowed. Men should wear black pants, a white T-shirt and black ballet or jazz shoes.

In these and other ways, the Board ensures the current and future viability of our treasured community asset.
