Flu Shot Deadlines: The San Francisco and Alameda Departments of Public Health require all health care workers to receive the annual influenza vaccine by Oct. 31. In addition, the University of California requires all covered students, faculty, other academic appointees and staff to get a flu shot or opt out by completing a form after getting information about flu vaccine no later than Nov. 19. Learn more »
